What is a Storage Condo?
Storage condominiums are individual or multiple combined storage units that you own just like a regular condominium. Our Storage Condominiums are 15’ wide by 45’ or 60’ deep and 18’ tall.
Multiple units can be combined to provide larger sizes from 30’ wide to over 150’ wide to serve your storage requirements. An automatic overhead door, interior lighting, a 100 AMP electrical service, gas service for HVAC, and a phone line come with each unit.
When you purchase a storage condominium you take ownership of your unit(s). You can then customize your unit to meet your individual storage needs. Whether you are a business in need of extra space for inventory and equipment, or just looking for a place to store your favorite toys (boats, cars, RV’s) etc. storage condominium ownership provides the flexibility to do what you want within your space.
Each condominium owner will become part of a larger condominium association which comprises the overall development. The association will take care of the common elements of the buildings and property. As such unit owners pay condominium fees which cover items such as insurance, security, lighting, management, reserves, common utilities, and landscaping.
When you purchase a storage condominium the costs of ownership can be lower than the costs of renting. You can then resell your unit at any time, recapturing your initial investment and potential profit.
