Will I have access to my Storage Condo at all times?
Each owner will have 24-hour access to their Storage Condo. The facility is gated with dedicated access for condominium owners.
Are the doors large enough to fit a boat or RV?
The automatic overhead doors are 12’ wide by 14’ tall large enough to accommodate most boats and RV’s.
Is there a place where I can wash my boat, car, RV, or equipment?
We have a wash down area for unit owners.
Is financing available?
Yes. Please contact us regarding our preferred lender programs with Eastern Bank!
What do I do if I no longer want to own a storage condo?
Should you no longer want your storage condo, you simply sell it as you would sell your house. You set the asking price.
I am in sales and currently rent a storage unit. Can I store my supplies in the Storage Condo?
Yes. Your storage Condo can be used for business and/or personal use.
Are there any "other" fees besides the cost of the Condo?
Each owner pays a monthly condominium fee which covers the expenses of insurance, security, lighting, management, exterior maintenance, etc. Unit owners will also be responsible for the payment of their real estate taxes and dedicated utilities.
If I purchase a Storage Condo, can I turn around and rent it out?
YES! It is your Condo. As you would with a home, you can rent it out at a price you set yourself.
What type of construction materials do you use?
Our storage condominiums are constructed with a rigid frame steel structure, reinforced concrete floors, fully automated fire sprinkler protection systems, insulated ceilings, walls, and doors.
Can a security system be added in a unit?
Yes and it can be monitored externally via your dedicated telephone line.
Is the gas & electric usage individually metered?
Yes, the gas and electricity is individually metered for each unit.
Is there a public restroom?
Yes. We have public restrooms for your convenience.
Do we pay taxes?
Yes, the tax rate is determined by the town of Salisbury.
Can I build a loft?
Yes, our units have a minimum nominal 16' ceiling height up to 18’. This permit's the construction of a loft.

What are the sizes of the condominium unit?
Our standard size units are 15’ wide by 60’ deep. Multiple unites can be combined to provide larger units in increments of 15’ wide up to 180’ wide (contingent upon availability). We also have a limited supply of 15’ wide by 45’ wide units.
Will I be able to drive into the condominium unit?
Yes you will be able to drive vehicles, boats, or RV’s into your unit.
What are the door and window sizes for the condominium units?
The overhead doors are 12’ wide by 14’ tall with three glass panes in each door. The exterior pass doors are 3’ wide by 7’ tall with a 2’x2’ glass pane.
What is the size of the common conference room/office area and what amenities does it provide?
The common conference room/office area is 17’ wide by 22’ deep.
The amenities include a conference table, desks, cable television, wireless internet access, 24 hour access, and restrooms.
What type of security is provided?
The grounds are gated and fenced. Each unit has its own dedicated access.
Can I buy a storage condo with my neighbor or friend?
Yes, as many people can purchase a condo together as you would like. You may share the expenses any way you choose.
