- Tour the facility, view the units and choose which one best fits your needs.
- Complete the reservation form to begin the purchase process.
- Determine what customizable options you may need.
- Review and sign the Purchase & Sales Agreement and Condominium document with your attorney
- Secure financing commitment (if you choose to finance) through our preferred Lender, or through a third party.
- Close on your Unit
- Move in, further customize if you desire, and enjoy your new condo!
