Storage Estates was founded by Richard, Scott, & Brandon Kelly from R.J. Kelly Company, one of the largest commercial real estate developers in MA.
After venturing into the self-storage business from the development of office & industrial properties in 1999, we soon realized the need for a new type of storage market in New England, storage condominiums.
With numerous long term residential and commercial clients in our existing self-storage facilities, and constant inquiries from those clients looking to invest in their own storage space, we founded Storage Estates in 2006. We have always strived to provide an excellent product at a great value with a hands-on approach to customer service and management in all of our developments. With those principals we began the development of Storage Estates of Salisbury, the first of many storage condominium projects.
